Blood Orange Juice

Butter

Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Sear Scallops to Golden Brown
Deglaze with 1/2 Cup of Wine
Simmer for 2 Minutes
Add Wine, Juice & Garlic. BTAB. Reduce by Half.
Add Butter & Parsley
Garnish with Orange Zest
